The revised All Facility Letter extends the temporary waiver of specified regulatory requirements for NATPs and nursing facilities until March 31, 2022, instead of December 31, 2021. Additionally, Executive Order N-21-21 is added as an authority. The rest of the content remains the same, including the temporary waivers for theory and clinical training, staff recruitment, in-service training, continuing education training, orientation, and program flexibility requests. Facilities are still required to submit notification to CDPH of changes to core curriculum, training hours, program staff, or contracted services.
